Sperm mapping, also known as fine-needle aspiration, is a technique pioneered by consultant urologist, Mr Jonathan Ramsay. This minimally invasive procedure identifies areas in the testicles where sperm are being produced. This helps the medical team to predict how well a sperm retrieval will go beforehand and can increase the chances of a successful sperm retrieval procedure.
