Meet the Fertility Solutions’ team
Claire is the CEO and Director of Fertility Solutions. With over 24 years’ experience as a Consultant Embryologist, she is expertly placed to offer you guidance and support. Specialising in male fertility, Claire believes that focusing on both the male and female partner is key to optimise outcomes.
Claire created Fertility Solutions with Mr Ramsay to provide men with a service to both comprehensively test and improve their fertility. In this way, Fertility Solutions gives patients the best chances of success both with natural conception and fertility treatments like IVF.
Mr Ramsay is a world leading expert in male fertility. Working as a Consultant Urologist since 1988, Mr Ramsay has worked closely with numerous fertility units across the country. Mr Ramsay’s approach to fertility care is different. His wealth of knowledge has helped countless couples who’ve previously been told they will never have children, conceive.
Men with fertility problems require individual care, diagnosis, and advice. Mr Ramsay’s practice aims to answer three important questions; Firstly, is there a ‘male factor’ problem? Secondly, can we diagnose a cause? Thirdly, can we offer straight-forward (evidence-based) treatment?
Mr Jas Kalsi
Mr Kalsi is a Consultant Urological Surgeon who has specialist registration with the General Medical Council (GMC) and is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of England in Urological Surgery (FRCS (Urol)). He is a full member of the British Association of Urological Surgeons (BAUS) and the European Association of Urology (EAU).
Mr Kalsi currently works as a Consultant Urological Surgeon and is an international expert in male infertility, male sexual and genital conditions (andrology), and the use of microsurgery (vasectomy reversal, varicocele repair, and sperm retrieval).
Dr Chapman is a Consultant Gynaecologist who has been working at the cutting edge of reproductive medicine at a number of high-profile clinics in London for many years. Dr Chapman has experienced the emotional and physical aspects of IVF, having had children through assisted conception herself.
Her extensive personal, professional, and clinical experience gives her a unique insight into the challenges of the fertility journey. This allows her to provide the highest standard of personalised care for her patients.
Erica is a Clinical Embryologist with over 15 years’ experience working in reproductive care. Highly skilled in male fertility diagnostics, Erica is often found working alongside Mr Ramsay and Mr Kalsi, acting as the scientific lead for sperm mapping and biopsy procedures.
Alongside her work with Fertility Solutions, Erica runs a successful donor sperm bank within a large NHS hospital in North London. She also works part-time as an embryologist in one of UK’s largest and most successful private IVF clinics.
Hayley Gilbert
Hayley is Fertility Solutions’ Senior Andrologist and will often be your point of contact if you visit us at our successful Beaconsfield Clinic. Hayley is highly skilled in male fertility diagnostic techniques and always puts the patient at the forefront of everything she does.
